<div xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml">Why can't I buy an airtight kitchen container?  Hardly any actually claim to be airtight any more, and even those who do fail this test:<br/>
<ol>
<li>click the lid firmly onto the container<br/>
</li>
<li>hold up to ear and gently squeeze sides or lid</li>
<li>hear the faint hiss of air running in and out of your "airtight" container</li>
</ol>All "airtight" kitchen containers suck.</div>
